Host $18 per/hr nights & weekends a must!  Looking for a dynamic personality to razzle dazzle our guests.  Must be High energy (we have 3 floors), friendly, outgoing, organized and an excellent multi-tasker.

FOH Manager $55, 000 to $60,000 to start (based on experience)

We are looking for an energetic, positive, independent thinking go-getter to join our FOH management team in a fun, vibrant and rewarding work atmosphere.

Minimum of three years’ experience required in a high-volume restaurant/bar. Cocktail, Craft Beer and Wine experience a plus. MacGyver skills for random fixes a definite plus! Night and weekend availability essential.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensure smooth service during lunch/dinner
• Interacting with guests to guarantee a pleasant and memorable experience. Understands that customer service is paramount
• Inventory, ordering and receiving
• Maintaining proper food and liquor cost to achieve maximum profitability
• Scheduling
• Hiring, training and maintaining proper staffing levels
• A strong multi-tasker who can problem solve on the fly
• Maintain the highest standards for food, drink and restaurant cleanliness
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Cocktail and beer menu creation
